randerton	2002	Posted: 09/18/2009 I have a 2002 Odyssey with 139,000 miles and our transmission just started slipping. Took it into the local Honda service center (Alpharetta, GA) and was quoted $5300 to replace two broken engine mounts, the transmission and the transmission computer. I've applied for "Goodwill" but expect only 10-20%. I'm looking into other options now including 3rd-party options. Has anyone ever used this place: www.transmissionplanet.com? 24 month unlimited mileage warranty. Any other good 3rd-party options? Looking at that option as they are local here in the Atlanta area.
