Odyssey Transmission

We have a 2007 Honda Odyssey. For the last 2 weeks its been acting funny, its very hard to describe.  Randomly, when going down the road at 40-50 mph, it will pull back or to the side as if we hit a slick spot in the road then it will click click click, thats it.  There doesn't seem to be a pattern of this happening, but it is happening every time we drive it, usually to and then from, it is not constant.  Prior to this we had no mechanical issues except for the low tire light that has been on since we go it Jan 2007, oh and the 6 disc changer has went out twice had to be replaced and went out once for 4-5 months and then when I was ready to take it in, I accidentally hit that CD button (after trying many times every week) randomly one day and it started working.  Anyone wanna take a shot at whats going on with it? or had a similar experience? On the mechanical side of this.
