dmk1	2004	Posted: 06/21/2010 I have a 2004 Odyssey, and last weekend the shifter became very loose. You can still use it, and it stays where you put it, but it's almost like there's no "click" between Park, Neutral, Drive, etc. - it basically slides up and down with little resistance. I took it to my (non-Honda) mechanic today, and they couldn't see a problem with the cable or external parts, and said most likely the transmission would have to be replaced/rebuilt. Has anyone else seen this issue? I haven't noticed the slipping or engine light that seems more common. Thanks, Dan
