Purchased my 2012 Odyssey on January 2, 2012.  Tranny shudder two weeks after ownership.  Took back to dealer for evaluation (Lehigh Valley Honda in Pennsylvania).  Verified the vibration, but said there was nothing they can do.  Called Honda corporate and opened a case.  They were going to have representative come out, but Lehigh Valley Service manager called Honda corporate and stated the car is performing as should and that this is normal.  I stated to the woman, "do you think i am making this up?"

They did not offer the representative to even come out and evaluate.

I filed my complaint the NHTSA, called a lemon law attorney to begin the process, and demaned Lehigh Valley Honda give my money back.

I WILL NEVER, EVER EVER purchase a Honda vehicle again.  I will share my message with every media outlet that will listen and exploit this problem via social networking media and goverment agency that will hear my case.

Protect the consumer and cherish your customers Honda for I am a beilever in karma.

Also call your Congressman and your Senators and your local TV stations - their consumer reporters.  And tell them about this web site.

Congrats on being #900 and the refund.  If only all of us were that lucky.  Thank you for contacting and filing the complaint.  Maybe it will get more notice.

Oh, please dont be fooled coachbc.  I did NOT receive a refund.  I emailed the VP of the dealer i purchased my Odyssey from today.  I did receive a call from the general manager.  Part 2 on Saturday afternoon.  Taking him for a ride in the vibrating Honda.  I guess its the least I can do since they took me for a ride (yes, pun intended).

I'll keep ya'll posted!

I have a 2012 odyssey and from day one i had a hesitation problem and also have problems while attempting to enter traffic my car hesitates and some times I dont know if i will make it out without being in an accident.  I have brought my car in for hesitation problems only to told they did a complete test and find nothing wrong with it.  I left the honda dealer and upon entering traffic my honda hesitated yet again.  I just called wht dealer where i purchased the car and they  said they have never had anyone else have the problem I have.  I have read many items on line about this problem and can not understand why they denie the problem.  Have another appointment next week to again address the problem

File a NHTSA complaint, see if your state has a lemon law, contact your local BBB.  You can try calling Honda and hopefully they won't curse you out over the phone.
